Tranquil IT opens a subsidiary: Comitari, specialized in WAPT services
Tranquil IT’s success with WAPT, our IT security software, has been phenomenal. With this strong growth, the number of WAPT trainings has been exponential, which is why we decided to grow and create a subsidiary : Comitari.
This increase is due in particular to the development and enrichment of the WAPT’s offer, our flagship software. The turnover is constantly increasing and will be close to 2 million euros in 2022. This increase can be explained by the acquisition of numerous customers (139 WAPT customers in 2022 only) as the product is increasingly used. As a reminder, WAPT is present in several fields, including: education (universities, CNRS, high schools, etc.), ministries, the private sector, local authorities, industry, etc.
Concerned about preserving an efficient customer management, the managers Vincent and Denis Cardon decided to give the management of Comitari to Camille Fargues. Working for 6 years with Tranquil IT, it is quite natural that the position of director has been assigned to Camille who will take the reins of the subsidiary from January 2023.
«Our subsidiary Comitari will be able to bring an additional sales force to the sale of services and benefits with our customers to follow them in the adoption of WAPT.» explains Vincent Cardon, president of Tranquil IT.
Comitari : what changes for our customers
Comitari now manages the standard services related to WAPT operated until now by Tranquil IT: training and current support services. Advanced expertise services will still be provided by Tranquil IT.
